Everything was wonderful! Very fast check-in and check-out, no inconveniences, everything for the convenience of guests, the best reception quality! This is the best apartment in Ras Al Khaimah! The apartment is fully consistent with the photo, modern renovation, good dishes. Very beautiful view from the balcony of the lagoon, attentive host. We really hope to come back here again! We recommend it to everyone for a relaxing holiday!

Everything was perfect: the room, the beach and pools, the restautants and bar, the territory. The hotel operates in harmony with nature. We feel relaxed and comfortable there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and delicious. To my mind the hotel is one of the best in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is my favourite hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Lovely grounds, comfortable room with all the expected facilities, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, all nice and fresh, and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. And lots of car parking spaces, even at the weekend.

Citymax hotel Ras Al Khaimah is nice decent place to stay in the city center. The staff are very polite and cooperative. The reception manager, Mr. Sameh, is very suuportive and ensures that every client is satisfied.

I love everything! From the time we entered the hotel until we left. We stayed here last july 13-14 and I would like to break down our experience as below 1. We were assisted very well by the concierge team specially Jayvee and Jervy! We missed some names but everyone was just very accomodating. 💯🙏💚 2. We got to eat their buffet lunch at 7 heights when we arrived, the food was overwhelming and so good! 3. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite - sea view. We booked the garden view but they gave us sea view with no sea in sight. It's disappointing but the room is spacious. 4. We missed to book the restaurant for dinner, it's a shame that reception advised us to call for reservation only after the check in. We waited until the check in time and it already slipped our mind. Most of the resto is also closed so not much of a choice. We are thankful to Sir Jervy who went the extra mile to help us book a resto! For that, THANK YOU! 🥰❤️ We ate some food in the dinner buffet and also enjoyed their in house resto! 5. They have night band so you can party and drink! Try their different bars - indoor and outdoor! 6. Unli drinks is no joke! I really enjoyed their iced coffees, frozen margarita, and juices! Cheers to that!🍷🍸🍹🍺🍻 7. The infinity pool is love! We stayed here until the sunset. It's good that they limited it for adults use only so it's not crowded and you can enjoy swimming! 🥰 8. The beach is okay, its a typical rak beach.. not wavy and it's weedy. 😜 9. Morning swim was fun as well, they have activities for the guest like exercising in the water and polo games for the boys!🤽‍♂️🤽‍♀️ 10. Breakfast buffet was fantastic! You can never miss a meal here! Special thanks to Nica who helped us get a nice seat! 👍 11. We were granted late check out with the help of Ms. Rasita. OMG, this hotel is full of the nicest people! 😍 This is our first time to try the ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE and I was glad I celeberated my birthday here.
